IMMERSION
An ongoing body of work employing the elements of line, shape, value, and colour to convey the experience of rhythm and energies in nature. Working in black and white print mediums or a muted colour palette on canvas adds to a sense of timelessness and brings into question the reality of this space. Abstraction of information lends to the notion of familiarity while simultaneously being immersed in something new.
