As cited in The Book of Symbols Lyndy Abraham sees how “Snow can image psychic “frozen ground” as protectively repressed or dissociated feelings. Only in due time, perhaps, can such feelings thaw, when there is a consciousness able to withstand the melting.” (Taschen P. 78)

When winter finally begins to loosen its icy grip on the land, delicate pods of life cautiously start to emerge from the thawing earth. The rich, earthy smells of the past growth season linger and ferment gently in the warming spring air, awakening a quiet promise of renewal. As the snow slowly retreats, it reveals a captivating blend of new and fading life, entwined together in a subtle harmony. This delicate balance reflects the essence of all who call that wondrous microspace their home, a living tapestry woven from both memory and fresh beginnings.
